I remember, we had this at my daughter's birthday party and I served more than five entree but pretty much my guest only favors this delicious mini burgers. It was such a big hit on the party they were lining up for this, parents and the kids.
My kids love it so much, they always feel like we're in a"special occasion" every time I served this at home. So I decided this burger would be a our signature entree for every occasion in our home. It is very easy to make, here are the ingredient:

Mini Philly Cheese Steak Slider

1. Mini Hamburger Buns
2. Provolone Cheese
3. Thinly Slice Sirloin Steak or Ground chuck 1.5lb
4. Onion ring fried or bake or you can use this French Fried Original)
5. 2 Cup Onion minced
6. 4 cloves Garlic
7. Salt to the taste.
8. 2 teaspoon of sugar.
9. Black Pepper
10. 1/2 teaspoon of dried Parsley
11. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
12. 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Paper
13. pinch of oregano
14. Mayonnaise
15. 2 tablespoon cooking oil

This make 12 or more mini buns

In a large nonstick pan, oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, stirring 2 to 3 minutes until slightly brown, move it to the side of pan. Add beef to the pan, season it with black pepper, sugar, cayenne paper, basil, parsley, oregano and cook beef through 3 minutes while mixing with onion, garlic. Remove pan from heat, add the cheese while is still hot and stir. And put aside.
Divided the bun from top and bottoms cook the bun in large nonstick skillet spray with thin layer of butter over medium high heat, until they have a browned crust, flip burgers and cook about 3 minutes each side. Remove burger to the plate and spread a thin mayo on your bread tops and bottoms then put the steak, slice of cheese and the onion ring. Enjoy!!!
